To book your service – Fill in the online booking form below or give us a call 02 9545 5700 to organise your appointment.
Payment – Payment is required on the day of treatment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cheque or Cash.
Access – Most services require that someone is home to give us access while your service is performed, unless, alternative arrangements are made prior.
Rescheduling or Cancelling – If circumstances arise and you need to cancel or reschedule we would appreciate 24 hours notice.
Dogs/Cats – We ask that you remove your dogs from the property or secure them in an area where treatment is not required. They can return to the treated area after 2-4 hours after service completion.
Fish Pond – The fish pond must be covered, we will not spray near the pond. Fish are very sensitive to pesticides. Please advise at time of booking if you have a fish pond.
Fish Tank – Please turn off filter and cover tank throughout service. Fish are very sensitive to pesticides. Please advise technician before treatment begins.
Rabbits\Guinea Pigs – Please advise technician before treatment begins.
Birds – Please cover the bird cage with a towel. Please advise technician before treatment begins.
